Job done. No stress.

And we don't stop there...
We can even set up your digital TV, SatNav, CCTV, mobile phone... we cover most things in your digital home.

We also offer courtesy computers.
If your computer needs fixing "off-site" we'll even loan you a laptop to keep you up and running.

How we work.
Call any time between 8am and 8pm (7 days a week) to book an engineer for any time between 9am and 9pm (7 days a week).  We'll visit you and address the problem on-site.  We'll explain everything that needs to be done (no geekspeak!) and only do the work that's needed.

Our Charges.
So that you know exactly how much an item of work will cost we provide fixed charge services (exclusive of parts).  Where an item of work is not covered by one of our fixed charge services we charge a standard consultancy rate.  We even take payment by credit card or PayPal on-site.

Experienced.
Our experience of IT is extensive. Every engineer is professionally qualified with over a decade experience in IT.

Any works not itemised will be charged at our standard consultancy rate of £23 per half hour.
